Hi guys,

Sorry, but I'm going to have to duck out this year. I go away on Sunday for a week for work, and have just got way too much to do before.

Have a great day, and I'll miss you :(

Sorry peeps I'm out - woke up tuesday morning and for no apparent reason my left knee is painful every time I try to bend it, so driving down in my manual is out of the question. No swelling or bruising, just pain whenever it's bent.

Left it as long as possible to see if it improves to come down but no joy (oh for a DSG right now!). Heading out to Minor Injuries clinic in the family Focus automatic soon to get it checked out (better not be bloody serious as I've a snowboarding holiday booked for January)

Have fun all, and keep it on the black stuff!
