Hi all, recently bought another TT (after having a 3.2 coupe back in 09) & thought I would say hi

Have a 2005 Avus Roadster 3.2 Was bought to replace exes scirocco then we split up so I kept it lol. Already have a 2018 S3 convertible (which keeps going back due to virtual cockpit blacking out & taking the centre screen with it at the same time!) & a Startech / Brabus Jeep with a Hemi lump so car ain’t really needed tbh but it’s almost immaculate with full main dealer history so thought it would be rude to sell it on

I’m on loads of forums for current cars & ones I’ve had over the years so know the etiquette when it comes to forums hence saying hi before using the search feature (& not posting stupid questions hopefully). Also have an official Ross-tech cable with software that I’ve used my old cars but not going to be able to have as much fun with the lin-can I doubt but will be activating the comfort open / close in next few days

Hoping to at least keep this one stock looking but do intend on fitting eletrochrome mirror, homelink (if I can find part numbers as seem rare as rocking horse poop), comfort blinker module, auto lights, auto wipers, cruise control & possibly a mk2 steering wheel if Funds permit

Oh, and possibly some quattro sport wheels if some come up sensibly priced & FIS once I’ve repaired the MFD

Anyhoo, that’s about it for now & will undoubtably post up soon. Cheers peeps

Cheers peeps. The fun has already commenced :)
Auto lights & comfort indicators are done. Wiring is in for the cruise control & auto dim mirror and just messaged someone about some Porsche seats lol. Seem to have found all the info I need for future work other than steering wheel. Does anyone know if the MFW is easier to wire up to an aftermarket headunit through one of the can modules that are readily available or if it’s the same amount of work as if you keep the stock head unit? Doesn’t seem any info online
