On a slightly different note, I seem to spend more time on the the FB groups than the the forum these days, and I know a lot of others do as well. It will always be my first point of reference for issues, but I think times are changing

You can arrive any time between 8am and 11 am. Most people seem to turn up between 9 and 10 if you're making a good day of the show. If you wanted to help setup then feel free but to certainly don't have to.
Some of the committee will be onsite at 8am setting up so we'll have TTOC flags up and a large floor standing banner and gazebo too. You'll be directed to our stand by the site marshals and we'll have someone from the club to welcome you at the entrance to our plot.
