Hi from the Scottish Borders. Just joined the TTOC. I'd been wanting a TT for a while but never been practical until last June when I became the owner of a new Daytona Grey MK3 SLine Quattro. I just love the car and have done about 12,000 miles, including 2 trips to Europe where it really came to life on some fantastic roads. Looking forward to attending at least a couple of TTOC events this year. I'm also looking for a decent Mk1, preferably a roadster. Plenty around but trying to find one without having to travel too far away. Anyway, look forward to reading some of the stuff on the board and I hope to get away to Europe again this year. Not that many TTs about in my area but plenty of pretty quiet roads (even if they are falling to bits in some places).

Hi and thanks. Staying almost on the border itself, I often get around the roads of Northumberland, an area that seems to be overlooked by many but it has some great roads and places. Cheers again.

Hi, I'm in Kelso but over in Berwick every week. I'm guessing you're around this area somewhere so possibly see you around!

Welcome to the TTOC. Went to the Scottish Borders last year, lovely part of the country. Enjoyed it so much, I'm going again for a few days in September. :D

Hi and thanks for the messages. I'll look out for you. I work at the edge of Kelso but stay over near Duns - use the TT pretty much every day. Have seen a few TTs about in Kelso but not regularly.

I'm often back and forward that way as my parents live in Chirnside. I've got a mk2 RS in white now - not the red mk1 in my pic here. Will keep a look out for you.
