Last year we had 50% of the entry fee refunded on the day, but nobody mentioned this on the day.
What's the procedure this year ?

You should have found Andrew in the gazebo, and he'd refunded the cash back to you on the day.

I'll guess he'll be on later on to suggest if any procedure after the event.

You could donate it to the clubs charity as an option too. 😊
