Hi folks - just joined as I’m in the market for a TT and looking for some advice.
Always remember the first MK1 I saw and decided I was going to get one some day. That day is now here but tricky to find a good example on the usual channels.
Hoping some expertise here will be able to guide me.

To be honest we can't compete with some of the sites that are open to anyone, Pistonheads would be the best place to look

Thanks for the welcomes! I have finally made a purchase, a Moro Blue MK1 225. Currently sitting at the mechanics awaiting a full service and once over on the haldex so I have to wait another 11 days before I can get behind the wheel again.
@Cloud - is that a dolomite grey? I was looking into them, such a great colour.

Yes, it's Dolomite Grey. That's the colour I really wanted and couldn't believe it when one came up for sale locally, as they're not that common. I did a seat swap and now have red leather - a perfect colour combo!
Any pics of your moro blue?

Well done on finding a good example in dolomite, I looked at a few but none in the right spec / condition / price-range.Cloud wrote: ↑Thu Sep 20, 2018 10:00 amAny pics of your moro blue?Psychologica wrote: ↑Thu Sep 20, 2018 8:54 am@Cloud - is that a dolomite grey? Only a couple of it sat at the mechanics since I bought it, can't wait to get it cleaned up and get that leather treated (these pics don't do it justice).
