excellent, we're just having a think whether to meet on site, or somewhere close by and convoying in together, Beaulieu state we should arrive together, not sure how "secure" our pitch would be if its busy,a nd they wanna park more cars in.

Are you still thinking about joining club Audi or do we have enough cars to go it alone.
What about meeting up in the car park at Lyndhurst to convoy in, have done this before and it works quite well.

I was thinking either Lyndhurst, or the Tesco nearby, which gets to Beaulieu with only left turns

Club Audi say we can join them, I'm just waiting on the convoy decision (as requested by Beaulieu), from them.

10 provisional would be enough for us to have our stand/pitch tho
