Cleveleys Car Show - Sunday 5th June 2016

Following the success of last year's Cleveleys Car Show, I have booked a club stand for 20 cars for this year's event. We will be situated on the Promenade again, which was an ideal spot.

We will need to be in Cleveleys no later than 8.15 am to proceed to the Promenade. If you would like a place on the stand, please let me know. :)

Meeting details for next Sunday are as follows:-

For people travelling from the South (most of us):

The Tickled Trout Services (BP), Preston New Road, Samlesbury, Preston, PR5 0UJ

Please arrive BEFORE 7.30 am as we will be leaving promptly to our second meeting place.

For people near/to the north of Cleveleys:

The Victoria Hotel, 183 Victoria Road West, Cleveleys, FY5 3PZ (no website). They have a large car park.

Please arrive around 8.15 am, in order to leave at 8.30 am prompt, to proceed to the promenade.

It was a fantastic day last year, helped by sunshine, and was really busy. The prom area is very spacious enabling people with prams, mobility scooters etc to pass our cars with ease, unlike the main street which was very crowded. :yes:

I'll post meeting times/places a bit near the time.

Not long now, and the weather looks promising for weekend.

I've updated the thread with meeting times and places and look forward to seeing everyone there on Sunday. :D

Ha ha, well done! Your car looks like a stretch limo in that pic! :o

Just finished cleaning my car. Haven't bothered polishing as it's too hot and sunny, only did it last week so I'm sure it'll be fine. My boot's packed ready for the morning, so I can have a chill in the garden now. :yes:
