A little more progress made before going back to work, the first stage of the starter motor completed with a coat of Aluma Blast and the turbo oil return pipe almost ready for some primer and top coat.

Ooh that’s one very nice looking g/box! Hope you don’t get any greasy finger prints on it, when refitting

The gearbox side engine mount cleaned up primed and top coat of Eastwoods Aluma Blast and the turbo oil return line installed after some corrosion removal, priming and painting before and after photos for comparison.

During the weekend I’ve installed the slave cylinder and fitted the transfer box and positioned the gearbox on the transmission jack. A little bit of protection taped to the transfer box………….hope it works!,!
